Fotografiska - an international photography institution with locations in Stockholm, Berlin, Shanghai, Tallinn, and formerly NYC - needed a unified audience strategy that could scale globally without losing local depth.

I led the development of comms-forward audience archetypes rooted in emotional drivers, aesthetic sensibilities, and media behaviors. These informed brand storytelling, campaign planning, and press strategy across markets, giving internal teams a shared language to build a sharper, more cohesive global presence.



The result: a strategic foundation that brought clarity, cultural relevance, and creative direction to one of the world’s most unconventional museum brands.
